Love shouldn’t feel like a constant battle.
But for many couples and individuals I work with, it does.
Maybe you and your partner keep having the same argument on repeat.
Maybe you’ve lost your voice in a relationship and don’t know how to get it back.
Or maybe you’re untangling the effects of religious or cultural systems that shaped how you learned to love.
You want something different.
More honesty. More connection. Less walking on eggshells.
That’s where our work begins.
You're in the Right Place If…
• You and your partner keep having the same painful argument and can’t seem to break the cycle.
• You’ve lost your voice in relationships and want to learn how to stand up for yourself without blowing things up or shutting down.
• You’re navigating the aftereffects of religious or cultural conditioning that shaped how you learned to love, communicate, and handle power.
• You feel stuck in power struggles or resentment, but you still care deeply about the relationship.
• You want to become stronger and more confident in relationships, while staying open and connected.
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and change is possible.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
I’m not a silent, nod-from-the-couch therapist.
I’m engaged, direct, and deeply invested in helping you create real change.
In our work together, we don’t just talk about problems.
We go deep into the patterns that keep recreating them.
Using body-based therapies like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Relational Life Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, we work with the nervous system patterns, protective parts, and relational habits that keep people stuck.
I guide you.
I challenge you.
And my clients leave sessions feeling clearer, stronger, and more confident in themselves.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I believe deeply in the healing power of relationships.
Not because they’re easy.
But because I’ve lived how transformative they can be.
I’ve been married to my husband for 24 years, and many of those years were high conflict. Through a lot of growth and repair, we’ve created a marriage we’re both proud of today.
I’m also a mom of four teens and young adults, which means my life is full of the evolving work of loving people as they become themselves.
Relationships aren’t just where we get hurt.
They’re also where we heal.
The Heart of My Work
I help individuals and couples who feel stuck in:
• high-conflict relationships
• power struggles with partners
• religious trauma
• losing their voice in relationships
Together we work toward relational empowerment — learning how to stand up for yourself while staying connected.
Real intimacy doesn’t come from domination or withdrawal.
It comes from learning how to be strong and open at the same time.
What I Believe
I believe people can change.
I believe relationships can heal.
And I believe love — when paired with courage and accountability — can transform a life.
I’ll believe in your capacity for change even on the days when you don’t.
And together we’ll help you believe it too.
