Living with anxiety?
Physically, anxiety might feel like chronic tension, headaches, digestive issues, or constant fatigue. You may notice your heart racing or experience shortness of breath.
Emotionally, you might feel trapped in constant worry, restlessness, or irritability, with a sense of fear that doesn’t seem to go away.
Relationally, anxiety can make it hard to connect with others. You might avoid social situations, feel easily frustrated, or experience a sense of disconnection in your relationships.
Trapped in Depression?
Physically, depression often shows up as exhaustion, trouble sleeping, changes in appetite or weight, or even unexplained aches and pains.
Emotionally, it can feel like a heavy weight of hopelessness, sadness, or guilt, and activities you once enjoyed may no longer bring you pleasure.
Relationally, you might find yourself withdrawing from loved ones or struggling to communicate your needs. It’s common to feel isolated or disconnected from the people who matter most.
dealing with unprocessed Trauma?
Physically, trauma can leave you feeling hyper-alert, easily startled, and dealing with chronic pain or sleep issues.
Emotionally, you may experience flashbacks, nightmares, overwhelming emotions, or even emotional numbness. Trauma can make it feel like you’re stuck in survival mode.
Relationally, it can be hard to trust others, build intimacy, or feel safe in relationships. You may feel disconnected, or struggle to open up and be vulnerable with loved ones.
stuck in Difficult Relationships?
Physically, ongoing relationship stress can contribute to headaches, tension, or digestive problems, and may leave you feeling drained or constantly on edge.
Emotionally, you may feel trapped in cycles of conflict, resentment, or emotional pain. Constant feelings of rejection, fear of abandonment, or unmet needs can surface.
Relationally, you might be experiencing frequent misunderstandings, lack of communication, or emotional distance. Whether in romantic relationships, family dynamics, or friendships, feeling disconnected, unappreciated, or unsupported can leave you feeling lonely and frustrated.
here’s how I like to work
-
Relational Life Therapy (RLT)
In my sessions, I use Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to help you uncover the patterns that drive conflict and disconnect in your relationships. RLT focuses on honesty, accountability, and repair, giving couples and individuals the tools to break old cycles, communicate clearly, and build deeper trust. Through this approach, I guide clients to stand up for themselves with strength and heart while staying open to others—fostering real connection, intimacy, and lasting change.
-
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
I use Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), a trauma-informed, body-centered approach, to help you process past trauma, regulate your nervous system, and heal old wounds. By connecting with the wisdom of your body, you gain awareness, choice, and resilience—supporting emotional healing and healthier relationships.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I work with Internal Family Systems to help you explore your inner world by getting to know different “parts” of yourself. In session we might work to contact a wounded child part or an inner critic. Together we will work toward allowing the most wise part of to you lead your internal world.
I use IFS to work with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and other symptoms
