Untangling Purity Culture: An 8-Week Online Therapy Group for Healing Religious Trauma
Have you ever felt the weight of purity culture still shaping how you see yourself, your body, or your relationships—even if you’ve left the beliefs behind?
For many, growing up in purity culture created lasting confusion and pain. Messages about shame, control, and worthiness didn’t just impact our teenage years—they echo into adulthood, shaping intimacy, self-esteem, and even our sense of connection to life itself.
If you’ve found yourself wrestling with these questions, you’re not alone:
Why do I still feel guilt or fear around sexuality, even though I no longer believe those teachings?
How do I reconnect with my body after years of feeling disconnected or ashamed?
Why does intimacy still feel confusing, overwhelming, or unsafe?
What does healing from religious trauma actually look like?
These questions deserve space, compassion, and community. That’s why I’m offering an 8-week online therapy group: Untangling Purity Culture & Healing Religious Trauma. Together, we’ll explore the ways purity culture shaped us, gently release shame and fear, and reconnect with our voices, our bodies, and our capacity for joy.

How to Join
If this resonates with you, I’d love to talk. Spots are limited, and most of the healing happens in the safety of our small group.
Healing from purity culture isn’t just about untangling what harmed us. It’s about stepping into freedom, intimacy, and connection—with ourselves, others, and life itself.
If you’re ready to begin that journey in a supportive community, I’d be honored to walk with you.
