The Nuance of Motherhood is a small, therapist-guided support circle designed to help mothers feel more resourced, connected, and grounded as they move into summer.

This is not a parenting class or a space focused on doing motherhood better.

It is a space for you.

Together we will:

  • slow down and step out of constant caretaking mode

  • explore the emotional and relational realities of motherhood

  • learn simple somatic practices to support regulation and resilience

  • share honest conversations with other mothers who understand

  • reconnect with parts of yourself that often get lost in the busyness of family life

You don’t need to have it all figured out to come.
You just need a willingness to show up as you are.

🌼 How the Circle Works

Spring–Summer Cohort | Hybrid

April — Gathering the Circle
We begin with live online sessions focused on connection, grounding, and preparing for the transition into summer.

May — Gentle Support During the Busy Season
When calendars fill and meeting becomes difficult, you’ll receive weekly therapist-written reflections, journal prompts, and grounding practices to stay connected without adding more to your schedule.

June & July — Summer Support
We reconvene for live gatherings every other week, offering space to process real summer challenges, relationships, identity shifts, and self-care in community.

Small group size allows for meaningful connection and safety.
